About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service and support. You will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns, and will work closely with our sales and service departments to ensure that customer needs are met. Your ultimate goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, and to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the service or sales industry
- Experience with customer service software and tools
- Experience with order entry and inside sales
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the customer service team to ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent and high-quality service
- Collaborate with sales and service departments to ensure that customer needs are met and issues are resolved
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve customer retention
- Provide training and coaching to customer service team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service
